AI Business Transformation Lead
Cognizant is seeking an experienced AI Business Transformation Lead to drive enterprise AI adoption initiatives with a focus on Microsoft Copilot. This role will lead business transformation efforts by identifying high-value opportunities, developing adoption strategies, and enabling organizations to realize measurable business outcomes through AI-powered solutions.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in change management, digital transformation, stakeholder engagement, and Microsoft Copilot adoption. You will partner with business and technology teams to deliver scalable adoption programs, accelerate user engagement, and support organizational transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead business case identification and prioritization based on impact, feasibility, and alignment with organizational goals.
- Develop and execute Microsoft Copilot adoption strategies that support business priorities and transformation objectives.
- Conduct organizational readiness assessments and evaluate skilling, enablement, and adoption maturity.
- Recommend practical action plans to accelerate AI adoption and business transformation.
- Develop and support skilling, enablement, and internal communications strategies to drive user engagement and adoption.
- Work closely with business and IT stakeholders to track progress, measure business value, and optimize adoption outcomes.
- Facilitate adoption reviews, value realization planning, and success measurement using Microsoft frameworks and methodologies.
- Analyze adoption metrics, usage data, and stakeholder feedback to continuously improve adoption strategies and user experience.
- Present recommendations, progress updates, and business insights to executive and senior leadership stakeholders.
- Support enterprise-wide change management initiatives related to AI and emerging technologies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Strong business analysis and problem-solving capabilities.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to align technology initiatives to business outcomes.
- Change Management Certification required.
- Ability to lead workshops, facilitate discussions, and drive consensus across diverse teams.
Required Experience
- Minimum 7 years of professional experience in digital transformation, technology adoption, business consulting, organizational change management, or related fields.
- Experience supporting multiple Microsoft Copilot adoption engagements.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Copilot Adoption Frameworks and Client Delivery Frameworks.
- Demonstrated success driving user adoption, stakeholder engagement, and business value realization initiatives.
- Experience facilitating enterprise transformation programs and organizational change efforts.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional business and technology teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting enterprise AI transformation initiatives.
- Knowledge of organizational change management best practices.
- Experience creating executive communications, presentations, and adoption reporting.
- Consulting experience within large enterprise environments.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Power Platform, and Modern Workplace solutions.

Salary and Other Compensation
The annual salary for this position is between $81,000 and $141,000, depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
