Job Summary

This role involves managing policy servicing activities for property and casualty insurance within a structured multinational environment using MS Office tools to ensure accurate documentation data integrity and service quality. The specialist will handle end to end policy servicing requests for global clients during night shifts in an office based work model supporting operational excellence and customer satisfaction through precise processing and clear communication.


Responsibilities

  • Execute end to end policy servicing activities by reviewing proposals endorsements and renewals with high attention to detail to ensure accurate and compliant documentation for property and casualty insurance portfolios.
  • Maintain comprehensive policy records and service logs in MS Office applications to support transparent audit trails accurate reporting and efficient retrieval of client information.
  • Process policy changes including additions deletions cancellations and reinstatements by interpreting source data and updating records to minimize errors and improve turnaround times.
  • Coordinate with internal operations and support teams through clear written and verbal communication to resolve policy discrepancies and ensure timely closure of servicing tickets during night shifts.
  • Utilize advanced functions of MS Office for data validation reconciliation and formatting to enhance quality standards and maintain consistent policy information across systems.
  • Analyze work queues and daily allocation reports to prioritize servicing tasks and align processing efforts with service level agreements and productivity targets.
  • Investigate data issues in policy documents and related attachments by comparing information across multiple sources to identify gaps and propose corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with quality assurance and process excellence teams to implement feedback from transaction audits and adopt best practices that reduce rework and improve customer outcomes.
  • Support periodic reporting activities by preparing structured spreadsheets and summaries that give visibility into volumes accuracy metrics and trends in policy servicing performance.
  • Adhere strictly to compliance and information security guidelines applicable to insurance policy handling to safeguard customer data and support global regulatory expectations.
  • Demonstrate flexibility in managing night shift responsibilities by maintaining consistent availability responsiveness and accuracy under time bound conditions within the office based work environment.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by documenting recurring issues suggesting process refinements and participating in knowledge sharing sessions with peers.
  • Align daily work with organizational goals by ensuring that every policy servicing transaction enhances client trust supports risk management objectives and contributes positively to the reliability of insurance coverage for society.

  • Qualifications

  • Possess strong proficiency in MS Office including word processing spreadsheet management and presentation tools to handle high volume policy servicing work with precision.
  • Bring three to five years of experience in back office operations or policy administration environments with exposure to structured workflows and performance metrics.
  • Demonstrate clear communication skills and the ability to interpret source documents and instructions to complete servicing requests accurately without supervision.
  • Preferably have prior domain experience in property and casualty insurance with familiarity in standard policy structures endorsements and coverage terminology.
  • Exhibit strong analytical and problem solving abilities to identify data inconsistencies and follow through on corrective actions within defined turnaround times.
  • Show capability to work full time from the office during night shifts while maintaining focus reliability and adherence to organizational policies on attendance and conduct.

  • Certifications Required

    Preferred certifications include MS Office Specialist or equivalent productivity tool credentials and any recognized property and casualty insurance foundation course.
