About the Role
As a Consulting Manager, Claims Modernization (QNXT Migration) Program Manager, you will make an impact by leading large-scale healthcare payer transformation initiatives focused on claims platform modernization and QNXT migration programs. You will be a valued member of the Cognizant Consulting Healthcare Practice and work collaboratively with client executives, business leaders, technology teams, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver complex transformation outcomes.
In This Role, You Will
- Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale healthcare claims modernization and QNXT migration programs across multiple workstreams.
- Establish and govern integrated program plans, including schedules, milestones, dependencies, resource planning, risk management, and executive reporting.
- Drive Agile program execution through sprint planning, backlog prioritization, release management, Jira governance, and performance tracking.
- Manage program financials, including budgeting, forecasting, resource utilization, cost control, and delivery performance.
- Partner with business, technology, vendor, and client stakeholders to ensure successful transformation outcomes, risk mitigation, and organizational adoption.

What You Must Have to Be Considered
- Proven experience leading large-scale healthcare transformation, modernization, or migration programs within payer organizations.
- Expertise in program and project management using Microsoft Project, including integrated planning, dependency management, resource planning, and risk tracking.
- Strong experience leading Agile delivery programs utilizing Jira, sprint planning, backlog management, release planning, and stakeholder reviews.
- Demonstrated success managing program financials, including budgeting, forecasting, cost management, and executive reporting.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence business, technology, and executive teams.
These Will Help You Succeed
- Experience leading QNXT implementations, migrations, upgrades, or claims platform modernization initiatives.
- Deep healthcare payer domain expertise, including claims administration, benefits, enrollment, provider operations, and regulatory compliance.
- Experience presenting program status, risks, financials, and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and Steering Committees.
- Knowledge of healthcare integrations, APIs, data migration, interoperability, and digital transformation technologies.
PMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe, Scrum, or related project/program management certifications.

Compensation
$100,000 - $129,500 - depending on experience, location, qualifications, and other business considerations.
