Job Summary
Serve as a policy servicing specialist within a hybrid work model focusing on accurate administration of life and annuity policies using MS Office tools while supporting rotational shift operations and delivering timely policy updates documentation and customer centric outcomes that align with organizational quality compliance and service excellence objectives.
Responsibilities
- Manage end to end policy servicing activities by updating validating and maintaining policy records in MS Office based tracking tools to ensure high data accuracy and timely completion of service requests.
- Execute daily policy administration tasks such as policy changes endorsements and basic policy maintenance by following defined procedures and documenting each action clearly in structured MS Office formats.
- Review incoming policy servicing requests and supporting documents carefully to identify missing information discrepancies or inconsistencies and coordinate resolution through appropriate communication channels.
- Prepare clear and concise policy related communication in English by drafting letters emails and internal notes that explain decisions actions and next steps for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams in a hybrid environment by sharing status updates clarifying handoffs and supporting colleagues across rotational shifts to maintain seamless policy servicing coverage.
- Utilize MS Excel to track work items monitor turnaround times and generate simple status reports that highlight pending volumes ageing tasks and completion trends for review.
- Apply basic understanding of life and annuities insurance concepts when reviewing policy transactions so that calculations dates and coverage details remain consistent with product rules and guidelines.
- Adhere to defined quality standards and compliance requirements by following checklists documenting actions and performing self audits to minimize error rates in policy servicing tasks.
- Respond to queries related to policy servicing by referencing documented procedures policy records and prior decisions while escalating complex cases to designated experts when required.
- Adapt to rotational shift schedules by planning tasks managing workload transitions and documenting detailed handover notes that support continuity of service across time slots.
- Support process improvement efforts by identifying recurring issues suggesting refinements in templates or checklists and sharing feedback that can simplify policy servicing activities.
- Maintain clear and secure digital filing of policy documents and transaction evidence in shared repositories so that all required records are easily retrievable for future reference and audits.
- Participate in periodic training sessions focused on MS Office usage policy administration rules and service quality expectations to continually enhance skills and performance.
Qualifications
- Possess professional experience of at least two years and not more than four years in policy servicing operations or similar back office roles where structured documentation and process adherence were central responsibilities.
- Demonstrate strong proficiency in MS Office applications particularly Excel for data organization and basic reporting Word for structured documentation and Outlook for managing email based workflows.
- Exhibit clear English communication abilities in reading writing and speaking so that policy details instructions and clarifications are accurately understood and conveyed across stakeholders.
- Show familiarity with life and annuities insurance concepts as a valuable advantage including awareness of policy lifecycle events premium handling and benefit related updates.
- Display comfort working in a hybrid model and rotational shifts by maintaining consistent productivity being available during assigned hours and coordinating effectively with dispersed team members.
- Illustrate a detail oriented and process driven approach that supports accurate data entry careful review of policy requests and reliable completion of routine servicing tasks.

Certifications Required
