· Lead end-to-end program and project delivery, with accountability for scope, schedule, budget, financial performance, and the quality of work products.
· Establish effective governance for progress, change, risks, issues, dependencies, and decisions, providing timely reporting and escalation to the appropriate stakeholders.
· Build trusted relationships with client and internal stakeholders, align cross-functional teams, and maintain clear communication throughout the engagement.
· Anticipate delivery risks and obstacles, drive resolution, and translate business requirements into actionable plans for Cognizant and client technology teams.

We believe hybrid work is the way forward as we strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position based in Tokyo, with attendance at a client or Cognizant office as required by the engagement. Regardless of your working arrangement, we are here to support a healthy work-life balance through our various wellbeing programs.

· Advanced Japanese speaking and writing skills (JLPT N2 or equivalent) and business-level English communication skills.
· Ability to operate as a senior, client-facing leader who brings structure to ambiguity, drives accountability, and delivers measurable outcomes.
These will help you succeed
