Job Summary
Consulting Manager role in a global technology services organization focusing on IT consulting delivery in a hybrid work model with day shift and no travel requirement. The role drives complex client engagements ensuring high quality solutions and measurable business value while guiding teams in modern consulting methods and fostering strong stakeholder relationships across diverse industries.
Responsibilities
- Lead end to end IT consulting engagements by defining scope objectives and measurable outcomes that align with client strategies and the multinational company consulting standards
- Oversee delivery of complex technology advisory projects by coordinating hybrid teams and ensuring timely completion of milestones within agreed quality parameters
- Provide structured analyses of client technology landscapes by assessing applications infrastructure and processes to identify practical modernization and optimization opportunities
- Drive development of clear consulting deliverables by crafting business cases roadmaps and recommendations that help clients make informed technology investment decisions
- Coordinate day to day client interactions by facilitating workshops reviews and status discussions that build trust and maintain transparency throughout the consulting lifecycle
- Guide project teams in using proven consulting methodologies by selecting appropriate frameworks and tools that improve consistency repeatability and value of project outcomes
- Monitor engagement performance metrics by tracking progress risks and issues and by implementing corrective actions that safeguard client satisfaction and profitability
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders in sales and delivery by contributing to proposals estimations and solution approaches that strengthen the organization position in IT consulting deals
- Support continuous improvement of consulting offerings by capturing lessons learned and feeding insights into reusable assets accelerators and best practice libraries for global use
- Mentor consulting practitioners by providing constructive feedback coaching and guidance that enhance analytical communication and stakeholder management capabilities
- Ensure adherence to compliance and governance expectations by applying company policies regulatory requirements and ethical practices across all consulting activities
- Promote data driven decision making for clients by encouraging use of analytics benchmarks and performance indicators to demonstrate impact of recommended technology changes
- Advance the organization broader purpose by designing IT consulting solutions that improve operational efficiency support sustainable practices and create positive outcomes for society
Qualifications
- Demonstrate eight to ten years of progressive IT consulting experience with proven accountability for leading medium to large client engagements in a hybrid work model
- Apply strong domain expertise in IT consulting by combining technology understanding business process insight and structured problem solving to deliver relevant advisory outcomes
- Exhibit proficiency in managing stakeholder expectations by using clear communication negotiation and conflict resolution skills to maintain alignment across diverse groups
- Utilize solid knowledge of enterprise technology environments including applications infrastructure and integration patterns to assess current state and propose feasible improvements
- Show competence in project and engagement management by planning work estimating effort prioritizing tasks and managing risks to achieve on time and on budget delivery
- Employ advanced analytical and documentation skills to produce high quality presentations reports and models that communicate complex ideas in an accessible consulting format
- Demonstrate experience working in hybrid setups by effectively using collaboration platforms and virtual facilitation techniques to manage distributed consulting teams and clients
- Display familiarity with day shift operations in global organizations by coordinating with cross regional teams while maintaining predictable schedules and responsiveness
