Responsibilities : - Develop and implement robust identity and access management strategies that protect critical network infrastructure and ensure that authorized users receive appropriate and timely access while minimizing security risk through consistent controls and monitoring - Monitor endpoint security solutions across diverse platforms to detect vulnerabilities and emerging threats and coordinate rapid remediation actions that maintain system integrity and minimize disruption to business operations - Design and enforce data security policies that safeguard sensitive information in transit and at rest through strong controls and continuous oversight of data handling activities across applications and infrastructure environment - Collaborate with infrastructure and application teams to integrate security requirements into project plans and system designs so that cyber risks are proactively addressed and long term resilience is built into every delivery - Conduct regular risk assessments for identity and access management data protection and endpoint security domains and translate findings into actionable remediation plans that strengthen security posture and reduce incident frequency - Configure and maintain security tools for endpoint protection data loss prevention and identity governance while ensuring accurate logging alerting and reporting that support timely incident triage and forensic analysis - Coordinate incident response activities for security events affecting identities endpoints or data by analyzing impact communicating status to stakeholders and driving containment and recovery steps that restore normal operations - Prepare clear documentation for security procedures standards and workflows so that colleagues can consistently follow approved practices and audits can validate compliance with internal and external requirements - Engage with business teams including sales and marketing stakeholders to understand process flows and data usage patterns and apply tailored security controls that balance protection with operational efficiency and customer experience - Track key security metrics and develop concise reports that highlight trends risks and progress on remediation initiatives providing decision ready information to management and supporting continuous improvement of security programs - Support user awareness through targeted guidance on secure use of endpoints and protection of data so that everyday behaviors align with organizational security objectives and reduce likelihood of human driven incidents - Evaluate new security technologies and emerging threat intelligence relevant to identity data and endpoint protection and recommend practical enhancements that keep the organization aligned with modern cybersecurity practices - Coordinate with external partners and internal audit teams during security reviews by providing evidence of controls answering technical questions and ensuring findings are addressed in realistic and prioritized action plans -Qualifications - Demonstrate strong experience in identity and access management including access provisioning governance and enforcement of role based controls gained over several years of hands on work in enterprise environments - Apply advanced data security expertise including encryption data classification and protection against unauthorized disclosure across multiple systems and platforms in support of business and regulatory requirements - Utilize proven endpoint security management skills with tools for malware defense device hardening patch compliance and configuration oversight to maintain secure and reliable user and server environments - Bring practical exposure to sales and marketing processes as a domain advantage using experience with campaigns customer data and digital channels to design and implement security controls that respect both protection and business goals - Operate effectively in a hybrid work model and day shift schedule while demonstrating strong communication collaboration and analytical abilities that enable efficient coordination across onsite and remote teams 9.
