Job Summary
The Senior Consultant role EFN116 focuses on applying advanced design concepts and trends to create innovative solutions that optimize business processes with a specialized emphasis on Concur Travel and Expense management. This position requires hybrid work engagement during day shifts without travel obligations supporting organizational goals and enhancing operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and integrate cutting-edge design concepts and trends to develop efficient user-centric business solutions that drive competitive advantage and operational excellence.
- Implement and optimize Concur Travel and Expense systems to streamline expense reporting and enhance compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into practical design implementations aligned with business needs and strategic objectives.
- Provide expert guidance on configuration and customization of Concur modules to maximize usability and improve overall expense management accuracy.
- Conduct regular assessments of existing processes and systems to recommend improvements that align with evolving design practices and technology advances.
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops for end users to ensure effective adoption and utilization of Concur Travel and Expense tools.
- Monitor performance metrics related to expense processes and design implementations initiating corrective actions to maintain high service quality and efficiency.
- Drive best practices in design and expense management through continuous research and application of emerging industry standards.
- Support change management initiatives by preparing detailed documentation and communication materials that clarify new procedures and workflows.
- Engage with stakeholders to assess the impact of design and technology changes on business operations and user experience.
- Leverage hybrid work environment flexibility to balance onsite collaboration with remote productivity in alignment with organizational policies.
- Maintain high levels of data integrity and security when handling financial and travel-related information within Concur systems.
- Participate in regular review meetings to update project status identify risks and propose mitigation strategies ensuring timely delivery of objectives.
- Assess and troubleshoot technical challenges related to design execution and Concur platform functionality facilitating swift resolution to minimize disruptions.
Qualifications
- Demonstrate a minimum of five years experience in utilizing design concepts and trends within business process improvement and technology integration.
- Exhibit proficiency in working with Concur Travel and Expense systems with practical experience in configuration and user support.
- Possess strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable technical designs.
- Hold domain experience in finance travel management or related fields to support expense process optimization.
- Adapt effectively to hybrid work models ensuring productivity and collaboration both onsite and remotely during day shifts.
- Show readiness to comply with no travel policy while maintaining high engagement and communication standards.
- Apply excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Have familiarity with project management methodologies and tools to support efficient workflow and documentation.

Certifications Required
