Consulting Manager role focused on IT consulting delivery in a hybrid work model driving high impact client engagements during day shifts with no travel requirement. Responsibilities
Lead end to end IT consulting engagements that translate client business challenges into practical technology enabled solutions that deliver measurable value for stakeholders and the wider community.Drive structured discovery and assessment activities that analyze current client processes systems and data to identify improvement opportunities and define clear consulting objectives aligned with organizational priorities.Oversee development of robust consulting recommendations by coordinating inputs from technical and functional experts and synthesizing findings into actionable strategic roadmaps that support long term client success.Manage project planning activities including scope definition timeline estimation resource allocation and risk identification to ensure that consulting initiatives are delivered on schedule and within agreed constraints.Guide execution of consulting deliverables such as process redesign implementation planning and change support to help clients adopt new digital capabilities and enhance operational resilience.Provide clear and concise communication of complex IT consulting concepts through presentations reports and working sessions that enable client decision makers to understand options and select appropriate paths forward.Collaborate with cross functional teams across the organization to align consulting solutions with existing products platforms and services creating integrated offerings that enhance client outcomes and market competitiveness.Mentor and coach consulting team members by sharing IT consulting best practices reviewing work products and encouraging continuous learning that strengthens team capabilities and project quality.Implement governance and quality review mechanisms that track engagement progress manage dependencies and ensure that all consulting outputs meet internal standards and client expectations.Analyze engagement performance metrics and client feedback to identify insights that inform future proposals improve delivery approaches and demonstrate the tangible business impact of IT consulting services.Coordinate with account and sales teams to support opportunity qualification solution conceptualization and proposal development ensuring that new engagements leverage prior learnings and align with strategic priorities.Promote responsible and sustainable use of technology in consulting recommendations by considering data protection ethical implications and long term societal impact of proposed solutions.Ensure effective stakeholder management through regular status updates issue resolution and expectation setting that foster trust and maintain strong client relationships over the course of the engagement.
Qualifications
Possess extensive practical experience of eight to ten years in IT consulting with demonstrated success delivering technology driven transformation projects for diverse enterprise clients.Apply deep knowledge of consulting methodologies frameworks and structured problem solving techniques to design evidence based recommendations that address complex client business needs.Demonstrate strong proficiency in analyzing enterprise technology landscapes such as applications infrastructure and integration patterns to determine gaps dependencies and modernization opportunities.Exhibit advanced skills in creating detailed documentation including business cases process maps and solution outlines that clearly articulate value drivers and implementation implications.Utilize strong stakeholder engagement and communication capabilities to facilitate workshops manage conflicting priorities and build consensus among business and technology teams.Leverage familiarity with hybrid work environments collaboration tools and remote facilitation practices to maintain productivity and engagement across distributed consulting teams.Bring experience working in day shift consulting contexts supporting global clients through effective time management and coordination without reliance on extensive travel.
