About the role

As an Inventory Analyst, Field Solutions, you will make an impact by ensuring the efficient management, distribution, and control of inventory materials across field operations in Brazil. You will serve as the key liaison between the Field Solutions and Logistics teams, supporting inventory accuracy, material availability, reverse logistics processes, and operational continuity throughout the product lifecycle.

Work Model

Onsite

This role requires associates to work from the company facility in Santana de Parnaíba, São Paulo, Brazil, five days per week. Candidates must be available and willing to work in a fully onsite environment while collaborating closely with local operations, logistics, and Field Solutions teams.

What you need to have to be considered

  • Experience in inventory management, supply chain, logistics, warehouse operations, or related areas.
  • Knowledge of inventory control processes, material management, and reverse logistics.
  • Experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
  • Experience reviewing and managing SAP inventory Min/Max parameters and inventory planning processes.
  • Knowledge of spare parts management and inventory forecasting.
  • Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written) required to effectively communicate and collaborate with global teams, project managers, and stakeholders on a daily basis.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and support operational decision-making.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and inventory reporting tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment.

These will help you stand out

  • Experience supporting field services, repair centers, refurbishment operations, or production environments.
  • Knowledge of BOM (Bill of Materials) creation and maintenance.
  • Experience conducting inventory forecasting and inventory optimization analyses.
  • Experience coordinating material movements for repairs, upgrades, refurbishments, or field deployments.
  • Familiarity with LATAM logistics and supply chain operations.
  • Continuous improvement mindset with experience identifying and implementing process enhancements.
  • Experience supporting cycle counts, physical inventory activities, and inventory compliance initiatives.
