Job Summary

Adaptive Experience Designer role focused on creating seamless and inclusive digital commerce journeys using SAP Commerce Hybris and Spartacus with strong expertise in SOAP REST services and Solr configurations. The professional will craft personalized experiences for global customers in a hybrid work model ensuring high performance accessibility and alignment with business outcomes in ISV and hi tech domains.


Responsibilities

  • Design adaptive customer journeys across web and mobile channels that leverage SAP Commerce Hybris capabilities to deliver relevant and inclusive experiences for diverse audiences in ISV and hi tech domains.
  • Configure and optimize Spartacus based storefronts to ensure responsive layouts intuitive navigation and consistent user experience across devices while meeting performance and accessibility goals.
  • Develop and integrate SOAP and REST based services that enable reliable communication between front end experiences and back end systems focusing on data integrity and security.
  • Collaborate with product owners and business stakeholders to translate complex commerce requirements into clear experience design specifications and interaction patterns that support strategic objectives.
  • Partner with SAP Commerce technical teams to refine catalog structures promotions and personalization rules so that users can easily discover products and services that match their needs.
  • Implement and fine tune Solr configurations to enhance search relevance faceted navigation autocomplete behavior and ranking strategies resulting in faster and more accurate search experiences.
  • Conduct usability evaluations and experience reviews using analytics insights and user feedback to identify friction points and propose data informed design improvements for commerce flows.
  • Document experience guidelines interaction standards and configuration practices that help maintain consistency across releases and support long term scalability of the experience platform.
  • Coordinate with quality and testing teams to validate that configured experiences integrations and search behaviors function as intended and provide stable outcomes in day shift hybrid work conditions.
  • Align day to day design and configuration activities with accessibility and inclusivity principles so that solutions can be effectively used by a broad spectrum of users and contribute positively to society.
  • Provide expert input on adaptive experience strategies that help the company deliver more engaging digital channels and strengthen its position in the global hi tech ecosystem.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by reviewing existing SOAP REST integrations Spartacus components and Solr settings to reduce technical debt and enhance maintainability.
  • Contribute to cross team collaboration in a hybrid work environment by sharing knowledge on SAP Commerce Hybris features and experience design practices that improve overall delivery quality.


Qualifications

  • Demonstrate strong hands on experience with SAP Commerce Hybris including configuration of core commerce modules and extension frameworks to support complex business scenarios.
  • Apply advanced proficiency in SOAP REST service design and integration to create stable and scalable interfaces that connect experience layers with enterprise systems.
  • Utilize practical expertise in Spartacus configuration and customization to build modular and reusable front end components that align with modern experience design standards.
  • Show deep understanding of Solr configurations including schema tuning query optimization and relevancy adjustments to deliver high performing search functionality.
  • Bring working knowledge of ISV and hi tech domains to contextualize experience decisions around typical industry use cases licensing models and digital product offerings.
  • Use at least six to eight years of professional experience in digital commerce and experience design to manage complex requirements and deliver robust adaptive solutions.


Certifications Required

SAP Certified Development Professional SAP Commerce and optional certification in RESTful API design or enterprise search technologies
