Job Summary : This hybrid role requires an experienced Geospatial Manager MAP with deep expertise in JMS Kafka event driven architecture and design Rest API and IBM Sterling OMS administration to drive complex enterprise solutions. The role focuses on architecting resilient integration patterns for geospatial and order management platforms optimizing system performance and ensuring secure scalable services that align with business goals while enabling impactful digital experiences for customers. 3. Responsibilities : - Drive geospatial integration solutions that align enterprise mapping platforms with IBM Sterling OMS to ensure accurate location based order orchestration and fulfillment across all supported regions. - Design robust event driven architectures using JMS and Kafka to enable real time data streaming and event processing that supports high volume geospatial and commerce transactions. - Coordinate the implementation of Rest API based services for geospatial data access and order management interactions to provide consistent and secure interfaces for internal and external consumers. - Oversee configuration and administration of IBM Sterling OMS to enable efficient order routing inventory visibility and geospatial business rules that support complex supply chain scenarios. - Optimize message flows across JMS and Kafka by tuning topics queues and consumer groups to achieve high throughput low latency and reliable delivery for geospatial and order events. - Implement monitoring and observability practices for event driven systems and Rest APIs by defining metrics alerts and dashboards that support proactive incident prevention and faster resolution. - Collaborate with product owners architects and engineering teams in a hybrid work environment to translate geospatial and order management requirements into scalable technical designs and implementation plans. - Guide improvements to data quality and consistency for geospatial datasets by defining validation rules enrichment workflows and reconciliation processes that enhance downstream analytics and decision making. - Coordinate security and compliance controls across IBM Sterling OMS event streams and Rest APIs by enforcing authentication authorization encryption and audit practices aligned with enterprise standards. - Streamline deployment and configuration processes for JMS Kafka and IBM Sterling components by working with platform teams to standardize automation scripts configuration templates and environment baselines. - Evaluate system performance and reliability for geospatial and event driven solutions by conducting capacity analysis load testing and bottleneck identification to support future scaling and optimization. - Support cross functional initiatives that use geospatial intelligence and event driven patterns to improve customer experience operational efficiency and sustainable logistics outcomes for society. - Document integration designs event flows and service contracts in clear technical artifacts that promote reuse onboarding and long term maintainability across global teams. -Qualifications - Demonstrate advanced hands on experience in JMS and Kafka including designing topics schemas consumption patterns and error handling strategies for large scale distributed systems. - Possess strong proficiency in event driven architecture and design applying best practices such as event sourcing choreography and decoupled services to build resilient and scalable platforms. - Show proven expertise in Rest API design and implementation including versioning documentation security and performance optimization for enterprise integrations. - Exhibit deep practical knowledge of IBM Sterling OMS administration including configuration of order workflows inventory rules service definitions and integration points with external systems. - Apply experience with IBM Sterling geospatial and mapping capabilities or related tools to align order routing and service level commitments with accurate location data and regional constraints. - Bring solid experience of 12 to 14 years in enterprise application integration or similar domains with a focus on event driven systems geospatial solutions and order management platforms. 9.
