About the Role
As a Clinical Site Lead for a pharmaceutical company, you will make an impact by driving end-to-end clinical study execution, operational excellence, and site management across multiple therapy areas — ensuring compliance with both local French regulations and international standards. You will be a valued member of the Clinical Operations team and work collaboratively with Site Operations, Study Management, and cross-functional stakeholders throughout the full study lifecycle, from startup through closeout.
In this role, you will:
- Serve as the primary point of contact — internally and externally — for assigned investigational sites, building trusted relationships with investigators and coordinating all aspects of site startup, enrollment, and closeout.
- Monitor clinical studies at sites to ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, Good Clinical Practice (GCP), and data accuracy standards, including initiation, periodic, and closeout visits.
- Lead site compliance and quality activities, including Key Compliance Indicator reporting, audit support, root cause analysis, issue resolution, and timely reporting of adverse events, device complaints, and protocol deviations.
- Develop and implement site-specific enrollment strategies, identifying and qualifying appropriate investigators and collaborating with Site Operations teams to ensure activation and enrollment within defined timelines.
- Train and continuously coach site personnel on study protocol requirements and local regulations, while providing regular progress updates to Clinical Operations and Study Management and supporting site budget and contract discussions.
Work Model
We believe hybrid work is the way forward as we strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. Based on this role's business requirements, this is a field-based hybrid position requiring regular travel to clinical sites across France and internationally. Regardless of your working arrangement, we are here to support a healthy work-life balance through our various wellbeing programs.
The working arrangements for this role are accurate as of the date of posting. This may change based on the project you're engaged in, as well as business and client requirements. Rest assured — we will always be clear about role expectations.

- Confirmed experience in clinical research and/or clinical site management, out of which a minimum of 4 years of experience in driving clinical studies
- Expert knowledge of GCP and regulatory compliance guidelines for clinical trials, including applicable ISO standards and FDA regulations, combined with advanced understanding of clinical study design and outcomes research.
- Fluency in both French and English (written and verbal), with strong command of medical terminology and the ability to communicate effectively with site staff, investigators, and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Office and clinical database systems (Oracle preferred), with strong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, matrixed environment, and willingness to travel
We're excited to meet people who share our mission and can make an impact in a variety of ways. Don't hesitate to apply, even if you only meet the minimum requirements listed.
