OMS Specialist – ADMS Series 6

About the Role
As an OMS Specialist, you will make an impact by configuring, optimizing, and supporting Outage Management System (OMS) capabilities within the ADMS Series 6 platform used by utility organizations across Europe. You will be a valued member of our Energy & Utilities Technology team and work collaboratively with utility stakeholders, outage management experts, ADMS engineers, and support teams to improve operational visibility, outage response, and system reliability.
You will play a key role in delivering modern utility operations solutions through new ADMS implementations, platform upgrades, and strategic modernization initiatives that help utility operators better manage critical grid infrastructure.
In this role, you will:
• Collaborate with utility stakeholders to understand outage management requirements and translate them into OMS solution designs.
• Configure, implement, and optimize OMS functionality within ADMS Series 6 environments.
• Support platform upgrades, enhancements, and OMS-related deployment activities.
• Create and maintain configuration baselines, documentation, and operational procedures.
• Develop and execute FAT/SAT test plans and support post-test analysis and validation activities.
• Investigate defects, troubleshoot business process issues, and support root cause analysis activities.
• Provide technical support for outage-related workflows, data quality concerns, and application performance issues.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity, infrastructure, and integration teams to ensure secure and compliant operations.
• Partner with OEMs, project teams, and support organizations on defect management and feature enhancements.

What You Must Have to Be Considered
• 3+ years of experience in OMS, ADMS, SCADA, utility applications, or related operational technology environments.
• Experience configuring, supporting, or administering enterprise software solutions.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities within complex technical environments.
• Experience participating in testing activities, defect management, and production support.
• Knowledge of databases and data-driven applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with utility stakeholders and cross-functional technical teams.
These Will Help You Stand Out
• Experience with PowerOn Fusion, PowerOn Advantage, ADMS, SCADA, OMS, or related utility technologies.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, qTest, and Confluence.
• Working knowledge of Windows and Linux environments.
• Experience with SQL and shell scripting.
• Understanding of utility operations, outage management processes, and grid operations workflows.
• Experience working within Agile delivery environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Background in utilities, energy management, smart grid technologies, or critical infrastructure environments.
