We’re currently hiring 2025 and 2026 graduates who’ve obtained a 3-year full-time undergraduate degree (BCA, BCA, BSc, BA, BCom, BBA, BVoc, BMS).

GenC hiring process

Wondering what to expect after you apply? Here’s a peek at our recruitment process—and keep in mind that not all candidates advance through every step and the process may vary depending on your role.

Step 1: Your application

Apply through your university’s campus recruitment drive or to an open position listed on this page.

Step 2: Initial screening

If one of our recruiters sees a fit, they’ll reach out via your placement officer or via your registered email with the next steps.

Step 3: Assessment(s)

Depending on the role, you may be asked to complete one or more assessments. Our assessments evaluate your communication skills, aptitude and/or technical skills.

Step 4: Interview(s)

If you clear the assessment(s), you’ll be invited to meet our hiring team virtually or in person. Your recruiter will share details to set you up for success.

Step 5: Result

Our team will then review each candidates’ potential to succeed in the role and will share the results with your placement officer (for campus hiring) or with you (for off-campus hiring). This may take some time because we want to get it right—but you can count on us to keep you updated.

GenC FAQs

GenC is our hiring and development program for emerging talent in India. It’s designed to help you move confidently from campus to a full-time role through role‑based skilling and real project exposure.

To apply for a GenC role, you’ll need to submit your resume and academic certificates.

Our campus recruiters review applications after the application deadline. They are working as quickly as they can to review each application, and they’ll reach out to your placement officer (for campus hiring) or to you via email (for off-campus hiring) if they see a strong fit.

You can check the status of your application on our GenC candidate platform. 

Not immediately. GenC onboarding happens in batches based on business demand and other factors, so there may be some time between accepting your offer letter and receiving your official date of joining (DOJ). Our team is actively working to finalize your DOJ and will be in touch once there’s an update. 

Our goal is to match you with a project that aligns with both your preferences and business needs. While this may not always be possible, we’ll clearly communicate your role expectations upfront.
