How does the selection process work
- Register on the ICAI placement portal from either Bengaluru or Chennai campus.
- Online shortlisting of candidates based on ICAI process.
- Shortlisted candidates will go through a technical interview round and an HR discussion and selection will be based on the overall performance.
- Selected candidates will be notified through the portal on the same day of their interview.

- Recently qualified Chartered Accountants (CAs) as per ICAI campus hiring guidelines.

I joined Cognizant as a CA in 2005, I’ve grown through various finance roles, leading strategic initiatives and mentoring. Today, I manage revenue control and support strategic finance decisions for the CFO and executive leadership.
A CA from 2004 batch, I started as a Manager in business FP&A. Today, I am an AVP overseeing company-wide financial planning. I’ve gained global experience, provided strategic insights, and enjoyed my 15+ years in Cognizant Finance.
