Job summary

As a Senior Architect you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing cutting-edge solutions using Core Java Jenkins Python Scrum and Angular. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work model to drive innovation and excellence. Your expertise will contribute to the companys mission of delivering high-quality software solutions that impact society positively.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of complex software solutions using Core Java Jenkins and Python to meet business requirements.
  • Oversee the integration of Angular frameworks to enhance user interface and experience across applications.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of Scrum methodologies in project execution.
  • Drive innovation by identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing best practices in software development.
  • Ensure the scalability and performance of software solutions by conducting thorough testing and optimization.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications and architecture.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to ensure alignment with business goals and timelines.
  • Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical teams to ensure a shared understanding of project objectives.
  • Implement robust security measures to protect data integrity and privacy in all software solutions.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and tools to recommend their adoption for enhancing project outcomes.
  • Document architectural designs and decisions to maintain a comprehensive knowledge base for future reference.
  • Contribute to the companys purpose by delivering high-quality software solutions that positively impact society. Qualifications
  • Possess extensive experience in Core Java Jenkins and Python demonstrating a deep understanding of these technologies.
  • Have a strong background in implementing Scrum methodologies to drive efficient project execution.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Angular frameworks to enhance user interface design and functionality.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in complex situations.
  • Show a proven track record of successfully leading software development projects in a hybrid work model.
  • Display strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Hold a bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field with a preference for advanced certifications.
