Responsibilities : - Develop and implement efficient data processing solutions using Databricks SQL and Databricks Workflows to optimize performance and scalability. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute data-driven strategies that align with business objectives. - Utilize PySpark to build robust data pipelines ensuring seamless integration and data flow across platforms. - Analyze complex datasets to extract actionable insights contributing to informed decision-making processes. - Ensure data quality and integrity by implementing rigorous testing and validation procedures. - Understanding of Informatica ETL tool - Provide technical support and troubleshooting expertise to resolve data-related issues promptly. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously enhance data solutions. - Document processes and solutions to maintain a comprehensive knowledge base for future reference. - Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. - Engage in continuous learning and development to expand technical skills and domain knowledge. - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs. - Contribute to the improvement of existing systems by identifying areas for enhancement and implementing changes. - Support the team in achieving project milestones and deliverables within set timelines. -Qualifications - Possess strong experience in Databricks SQL Databricks Workflows and PySpark demonstrating proficiency in data engineering tasks. - Exhibit a good understanding of Life and Annuities Insurance enhancing the ability to deliver domain-specific solutions. - Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering high-quality data solutions. - Show capability in working within a hybrid work model balancing remote and in-office responsibilities effectively. - Have a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies and methodologies. - Display strong communication skills facilitating effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders. 9.
