Location: Pune
· Having Good Data Ware House, ETL ( Extract, Transform & Load ) Concepts.
· Experience with Designing a Data Warehouse, Preparing Data Flow Diagram.
· Interpretation of Architecture digram/Data flow diagram and design the ETL solution accordingly.
· Having clear concepts on Slowly Changing Dimension ( SCD Type 1 & Type 2 ), Intermediate table, Truncate/Insert Tables.
· 3. Clear Concepts about various Active & Inactive Transformations.
· Clear Concepts on developing the mapping following coding standards & naming convention. Capable of defining Coding standard for a new development project.
· Clear concepts on Parameterization. Concepts on how to set up the configurations for a new development project.
· Clear concepts on how to troubleshoot an issue in IICS ( Data Preview mode/ setting the Verbose mode in mapping Task ).
· Concepts on various Performance improvement techniques like enabling Cache, Use of Persistent Cache, use of PDO ( Push Down Optimization ) etc.
· Should have experience working with different files ( flat file, JSON/XML, csv, fixed width etc ).
· Should have clear concepts on SQLs - different joins, analytical functions like rank, group by, string manipulation fuction like - substr, instr etc.
· Should have knowledge on usage of basic unix commands - cd, cp, mv, mkdir, chmod, sed, grep, cut, awk etc.
· Should have knowledge on job scheduling, how a third party job scheduler like IBM TWS, HCL DWC or Control M works.
· Should have good stakeholder management skills.
· Should have experience of leading a team.
Advanced/Good to have Skill
· PC to IICS Migration experience.
· Usage of RPA tool.
· Experience of using any Cloud Migration accelerators.
· Any scripting language like shell scripts/Python.
· Experience working in RFP/Estimates."
