Job Summary
Minimum of 20+ years strong experience in managing Development and Production support engagements.
Leading large distributed teams and a portfolio size of ~$40m.
Have strong experience in comfortably interacting with Client Sr. Executives to drive discussions around Transformation or Strategy etc. along with outcomes that benefit from customer shoes
Responsibilities
Hands on experience in running the Governance meetings both Internal or External stakeholders. Knows how to present the content at various levels and the messaging accordingly to the leaders. Be bold and open to discuss the risks or issues along with a clear mitigation plans.
Expert in collaborating with multiple teams to put together or review solutions estimates and support RFP. Take part in driving the client presentations and once successfully awarded be comfortable in drafting the SOW or SLAs etc.
Can comfortably present or discuss on DevOps SRE Cloud Microservices architecture Productivity tools GHCP Codeium etc. and GenAI.
Be a strong team player. Able to keep emotions out and focus on results or outcomes. Guide the teams on how to resolve conflicts or focus on upskilling and drive innovation at grass root level.
Experience in working with the Banking Domain is highly recommended
Certifications Required
Certification a plus in any AWS or Microsoft Cloud Practioner Solution Architect.
