Job Summary

As a Technical Lead you will play a pivotal role in driving technical excellence within our R&D Tech domain. You will leverage your expertise in JavaScript Junit IT Service Management Core Java and PL/SQL to lead projects that enhance our technological capabilities. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment contributing to innovative solutions that propel our company forward.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of software solutions using JavaScript and Core Java to meet business requirements and improve system performance.
  • Oversee the implementation of Junit testing frameworks to ensure robust and reliable code quality.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate IT Service Management processes enhancing operational efficiency and service delivery.
  • Drive the optimization of PL/SQL databases ensuring data integrity and streamlined access for critical applications.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation ensuring clarity and accessibility for future reference and training purposes.
  • Facilitate regular code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications for development teams.
  • Implement agile methodologies to streamline project workflows and enhance team productivity.
  • Monitor and analyze system performance metrics identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance functionality.
  • Engage in research and development activities to explore new technologies and methodologies that can benefit the company.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations maintaining the highest level of security and data protection.
  • Contribute to the strategic planning of technology initiatives aligning them with the companys long-term goals and objectives.


Qualifications

  • Demonstrate proficiency in JavaScript showcasing the ability to develop dynamic and interactive web applications.
  • Exhibit expertise in Junit ensuring the creation of comprehensive test cases that validate software functionality.
  • Possess strong knowledge of IT Service Management enabling the implementation of efficient service delivery processes.
  • Showcase advanced skills in Core Java facilitating the development of scalable and high-performance applications.
  • Display proficiency in PL/SQL optimizing database operations and ensuring seamless data management.
  • Have experience in the R&D Tech domain contributing to innovative solutions that drive technological advancement.
