About the Role
We are looking for a ServiceNow Expert with strong skills in API development and integrations to design and manage secure, scalable integrations between ServiceNow and external enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and support REST & SOAP APIs in ServiceNow
- Build integrations using Scripted REST APIs, REST Messages, IntegrationHub
- Work with JSON/XML data formats
- Implement secure authentication (OAuth, tokens, SSL)
- Handle MID Server–based integrations and troubleshoot issues
Required Skills
- 6+ years of ServiceNow development experience
- Strong expertise in API Development (REST/SOAP)
- Hands‑on experience with JSON, XML, HTTP methods
- Good knowledge of JavaScript, Glide APIs, Script Includes
Nice to Have
- ServiceNow certifications (CSA / CAD / CIS)
- ITSM experience
- Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure / AWS)
