Job Summary

Responsibilities

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of store operations to assist customers with product information and availability.
  • Implement feedback mechanisms to gather customer insights and contribute to service improvement strategies.
  • Monitor and report on customer service metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Support the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures.
  • Participate in training sessions to stay informed about new products and services enhancing customer interactions.
  • Adapt to rotational shifts demonstrating flexibility and commitment to meeting customer needs at all times.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrate proficiency in English both written and spoken to communicate effectively with customers.
  • Possess a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
  • Exhibit familiarity with store operations enhancing the ability to assist customers effectively.
  • Show adaptability to rotational shifts ensuring availability to meet customer demands.
  • Display excellent problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries efficiently.
  • Have a keen attention to detail ensuring accuracy in data entry and customer interactions.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work model balancing remote and in-office tasks.
