Job Summary

This hybrid Technical Lead role focuses on designing and delivering advanced o9 planning solutions for hi tech and online businesses within a global MNC environment. The candidate will apply expertise in o9 supply chain master planning demand planning supply chain analytics O9 MEIO and Python to build scalable planning ecosystems. The role emphasizes hands on configuration analytical modeling and collaboration with cross functional stakeholders to improve forecast accuracy and inventory pe


Responsibilities

  • Drive end to end o9 supply chain master planning implementations that optimize supply demand balance and improve service levels across hi tech and online channels.
  • Design and configure o9 demand planning workflows that enhance forecast accuracy and enable proactive scenario planning for rapidly changing digital market conditions.
  • Develop and maintain advanced supply chain analytics models within o9 that provide actionable insights on inventory health capacity utilization and order fulfillment performance.
  • Build O9 MEIO configurations that systematically reduce excess inventory while protecting availability metrics across multiple nodes and regions.
  • Implement Python based data pipelines and analytical scripts that enrich o9 planning models with external data and improve automation quality.
  • Collaborate with planners operations teams and finance partners to translate business requirements into o9 planning designs that align with organizational goals.
  • Validate data quality and planning outputs by defining controls reconciliation checks and monitoring dashboards that ensure reliability of planning results.
  • Coordinate solution testing activities by creating test scenarios documenting outcomes and refining configurations based on user feedback.
  • Prepare functional and technical documentation that captures design decisions configuration details and standard operating procedures for future reuse.
  • Enable continuous improvement by analyzing planning performance metrics and recommending enhancements to models parameters and processes.
  • Support user adoption by conducting training sessions knowledge sharing clinics and hypercare support during new o9 solution rollouts.
  • Ensure that hybrid work model practices are followed by maintaining clear communication progress updates and collaboration routines with distributed stakeholders.
  • Align daily work with company sustainability and societal impact goals by designing planning solutions that reduce waste improve supply resilience and enhance customer satisfaction.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess between six and nine years of experience in planning technology roles with a primary focus on o9 supply chain master planning and demand planning solutions.
  • Demonstrate strong hands on expertise in configuring o9 supply chain analytics and O9 MEIO components for complex multi echelon hi tech and online networks.
  • Show proficiency in Python programming for data transformation scenario modeling and integration activities related to o9 platforms.
  • Bring solid domain knowledge of hi tech and online business models including short product lifecycles rapid demand shifts and global supply constraints.
  • Exhibit strong problem solving skills with the ability to convert ambiguous planning issues into structured analytical solutions that deliver measurable value.
  • Communicate effectively with technical and non technical stakeholders to explain planning concepts insights and options in a clear and inclusive manner.
  • Display adaptability to hybrid work arrangements by using collaboration tools and structured routines to maintain high productivity and stakeholder engagement.
