Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior GCP Data Engineer to design, build, and optimize enterprise-scale data infrastructure and processing platforms. The role is responsible for defining robust data architectures, engineering high-performance batch and real-time data pipelines, and ensuring secure, scalable data integration strategies. Acting as a technical lead, the candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to transform complex data requirements into actionable analytics platforms and streamline enterprise data operations through automated deployment practices.

Mandatory Skills:
•Minimum 9+ years of professional experience in Data Engineering, Software Development, or Data Analytics.
•Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in architectural design and delivery using Google Cloud Platform (GCP) core services, including BigQuery, Pub/Sub, GCS, Cloud Functions, Cloud Run, Cloud Scheduler, Cloud Composer (Airflow), Python, and SQL within enterprise cloud technology ecosystems.
•Strong technical experience managing operations on Vertex AI, Gemini Enterprise Agent Platform, and Google Agent Development Kit.
•Proven experience building and maintaining robust CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, along with deployment automation tools for GCP services and change management workflows.
•Demonstrated experience working within Agile, Scrum, and Continuous Delivery development frameworks

Duties and Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain scalable data pipelines and robust data architectures using GCP services.
•Develop and optimize complex ETL/ELT processes to ingest, standardize, transform, and load data from diverse on-premises and cloud-based sources.
•Tune and optimize data workflows and pipeline performance for reliability, speed, and cost-efficiency.
•Work closely with clients and stakeholders to analyze data requirements, model data structures, and deliver end-to-end analytics and reporting solutions.
•Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve data pipeline issues proactively by building automated deployment and monitoring tools.
•Provide technical leadership to the engineering team to deliver high-quality data projects.
•Implement and enforce data quality, data governance, and security best practices across the enterprise data ecosystem

Salary Range:>$100,000
