Job Summary : Serve as a Senior Project Coordinator with seven to nine years of experience orchestrating hybrid model delivery of cloud native applications powered by Claude Graphql Spring Boot AWS Lambda Microservices and Kafka. Support complex program initiatives align stakeholders and ensure day shift execution that advances enterprise goals and delivers tangible value to customers and society. 3. Responsibilities : -Coordinate end to end delivery of complex application projects that leverage Claude Graphql Spring Boot AWS Lambda Microservices and Kafka to achieve reliable and scalable outcomes for enterprise clients. -Monitor project plans backlogs and sprint commitments to ensure that hybrid teams remain aligned on priorities milestones and dependencies across distributed cloud platforms. -Collaborate with product owners architects and engineering staff to clarify requirements and translate them into actionable tasks that optimize use of Claude and modern microservice patterns. -Track and manage scope schedule and quality indicators so that releases built with Graphql and Spring Boot meet performance usability and security expectations. -Coordinate environment readiness deployment windows and release activities for AWS Lambda and Microservices based solutions while minimizing production disruption. -Align event driven flows built on Kafka with downstream system needs by coordinating topic design consumer expectations and throughput targets among technical teams. -Prepare and facilitate day shift ceremonies such as standups backlog refinement sessions and retrospectives that keep hybrid team members informed and empowered. -Communicate project status risks and mitigation actions to stakeholders using clear progress narratives that highlight value delivered to clients and end users. -Maintain detailed project documentation including decision logs technical assumptions and integration constraints associated with Claude and other cloud services. -Coordinate issue triage and incident follow up so that defects in Graphql APIs Spring Boot services AWS Lambda functions or Kafka pipelines are resolved within agreed timelines. -Partner with security compliance and operations stakeholders to ensure that microservices and serverless components adhere to enterprise standards and regulatory expectations. -Encourage continuous improvement by gathering feedback from engineering teams and business partners and by refining coordination practices for hybrid work arrangements. -Support program level planning where required by aligning project roadmaps with broader initiatives that advance organizational strategy and societal impact. -Qualifications -Demonstrate substantial hands on coordination experience with Claude centered solutions where teams apply generative capabilities to deliver secure and responsible business outcomes. -Show strong familiarity with Graphql design practices including schema evolution query optimization and integration patterns that support responsive user experiences. -Apply practical knowledge of Spring Boot for coordinating projects involving modular services configuration management and observability to maintain stable environments. -Exhibit solid understanding of AWS Lambda based architectures including event triggers cold start considerations and cost optimization practices in cloud native projects. -Bring proven exposure to Microservices concepts such as service decomposition interface contracts and fault tolerance strategies used in distributed applications. -Demonstrate experience coordinating Kafka initiatives including topic planning partition strategies and consumer group alignment for resilient event streaming. -Display familiarity with program management concepts by supporting portfolio reporting dependency mapping and benefit realization tracking for multi project initiatives. -Possess strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills suitable for hybrid and day shift environments that span technical and non technical audiences. -Apply structured problem solving and risk management techniques to anticipate issues propose mitigations and protect delivery commitments. 9.
