Job Summary

This hybrid Sr Developer role focuses on designing and implementing scalable solutions on GCP to support complex data processing and cloud native applications for enterprise clients. The professional will apply deep expertise in GCP services to build secure resilient workflows that enhance operational efficiency and empower data driven decision making while aligning with finance and accounting business needs.


Responsibilities

  • Design and implement robust GCP based solutions that integrate workflows data processing and storage to meet complex enterprise application requirements and performance expectations
  • Develop and optimize GCP Workflows that orchestrate services across the cloud environment to ensure reliable automation and streamlined operational processes
  • Architect data processing pipelines using GCP Dataflow that transform enrich and move large data sets efficiently to support real time and batch analytics use cases
  • Configure and manage GCP Databases and Cloud SQL instances to provide secure resilient and high performing data storage for transactional and analytical workloads
  • Implement and maintain GCP Cloud Storage solutions that ensure efficient data lifecycle management secure access and cost effective retention strategies for diverse data types
  • Utilize GCP BigQuery to design scalable data models and queries that enable high performance reporting and advanced analytics for business stakeholders
  • Apply GCP fundamentals and design principles to create well architected solutions that balance scalability reliability security and cost efficiency for global environments
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to translate finance and accounting domain requirements into practical GCP cloud solutions that support compliance and accurate reporting
  • Establish and manage GCP Cloud Repository structures that support version control reusable components and collaborative development practices across distributed teams
  • Implement GCP cloud solution patterns that integrate applications data services and security controls to deliver end to end platforms for critical business processes
  • Monitor and enhance application and data workloads on GCP using logging and performance metrics to proactively improve reliability and user experience
  • Document solution architectures data flows and configuration details clearly to support maintainability knowledge sharing and onboarding of future project team members
  • Mentor peers on GCP design and architecture concepts to promote consistent application of best practices and continuous improvement within the development community


Qualifications

  • Demonstrate advanced proficiency in GCP fundamentals with hands on experience across core services including compute networking storage and identity management
  • Exhibit strong practical expertise in GCP Workflows GCP Dataflow GCP Cloud Storage GCP Cloud SQL GCP Databases GCP Cloud Repository and GCP BigQuery through delivered projects
  • Apply solid skills in designing and developing GCP cloud architectures that address scalability performance security and reliability across enterprise grade solutions
  • Show proven ability to build integrated GCP cloud solutions that combine multiple services into cohesive platforms supporting complex application and data scenarios
  • Bring relevant background in finance and accounting domains to understand core processes reporting needs and compliance expectations that influence solution design
  • Communicate clearly with technical and business stakeholders to explain design decisions trade offs and implementation details in an accessible and collaborative manner
  • Utilize modern development practices and tooling to deliver high quality testable and maintainable code within hybrid work environments and day shift schedules
  • Apply strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to diagnose issues in GCP based systems and implement durable fixes that improve stability and resource utilization


Certifications Required

GCP Professional Cloud Architect or GCP Professional Data Engineer certification preferred
