Job Summary
Serve as a specialist in product information and master data management with a focus on order management and trading ensuring accurate data flow across retail and order channels in a hybrid night shift role. Collaborate with cross functional teams to maintain high data quality standards optimize order processing and support trading operations for efficient business performance.
Responsibilities
Manage end to end product information and master data processes for order management systems to ensure accurate item setup pricing availability and trading attributes across all integrated platforms and channels.Coordinate closely with order management teams to validate data inputs monitor order lifecycle events and resolve data related exceptions that could impact order fulfillment timelines and customer experience.Optimize trading data including product classifications trading rules and transactional attributes to support efficient processing of retail orders and to enable clear reporting of trading performance.Monitor nightly batch runs interfaces and data loads in the order management and MDM landscape to proactively identify anomalies and initiate corrective actions that prevent downstream operational disruptions.Collaborate with retail order management stakeholders to analyze data dependencies for promotions inventory allocation and channel routing and translate these needs into structured MDM configurations.Maintain comprehensive documentation of product and master data models business rules and configurations so that stakeholders can easily understand data flows and dependencies across order and trading systems.Perform regular data quality checks on key master data entities including customer product and price records and implement remediation plans that enhance accuracy completeness and consistency.Work with technology teams to define and execute test scenarios for new features or data changes in order management solutions ensuring that product info and MDM rules function as intended in night shift operations.Support incident resolution by investigating data discrepancies in orders invoices and trading reports and by providing detailed root cause analysis followed by sustainable remediation recommendations.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process gaps in product information and MDM workflows and by suggesting practical enhancements that reduce manual effort and error rates.Engage with business users in retail and order operations to gather feedback on data usability and incorporate those insights into improved data standards and governance practices.Ensure compliance with internal data governance policies by enforcing standardized attributes naming conventions and validation rules across all order management and trading data sets.Align daily activities with company objectives by ensuring that clean reliable master data supports efficient order processing supports trading decisions and ultimately enables better service outcomes for customers and communities.
Qualifications
Possess hands on experience working with order management solutions and trading related processes for at least two years with practical exposure to core workflows such as order creation fulfillment and status tracking.Demonstrate strong analytical skills in reviewing large volumes of order and product data and in using those insights to refine MDM rules and improve data integrity across business functions.Apply knowledge of retail order management scenarios including omnichannel orders returns and exchanges to design data structures that accurately represent real world retail operations.Show familiarity with master data management concepts such as golden records data stewardship and standardized attributes and be able to explain how these principles support consistent trading and reporting.Utilize experience with hybrid working models and night shift operations to manage coordination with distributed teams and to maintain clear communication on urgent data and order issues.Exhibit effective communication and collaboration capabilities when working with cross functional partners including technology operations and business stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable data solutions.Display adaptability in learning new order management tools and MDM platforms and in applying best practices from retail and trading domains to improve the resilience of data processes.
