Job Summary
Join our dynamic team as a Business Process Consultant where you will leverage your expertise in ServiceNow ITAM, ITOM and ITSM to design and implement robust infrastructure solutions. Responsibilities
• Lead the design and implementation of infrastructure solutions using ServiceNow ITAM ITOM and ITSM to enhance operational efficiency.
• Oversee the integration of ServiceNow modules to ensure seamless functionality across IT services.
• Provide expert guidance on infrastructure architecture best practices to optimize system performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align infrastructure strategies with business objectives.
• Develop comprehensive documentation for infrastructure processes and procedures to support ongoing operations.
• Conduct regular assessments of infrastructure systems to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
• Implement security measures within the infrastructure to safeguard data and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Monitor infrastructure performance and provide recommendations for enhancements to support business growth.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to empower teams with knowledge of ServiceNow capabilities.
• Analyze infrastructure trends and emerging technologies to inform strategic planning and decision-making.
• Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of infrastructure projects.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to elevate the quality and reliability of IT services.
• Support the companys mission by contributing to sustainable and efficient infrastructure solutions.
Qualifications
• Possess a strong background in ServiceNow ITAM ITOM and ITSM with proven experience in infrastructure architecture.
• Demonstrate proficiency in integrating ServiceNow modules to streamline IT operations.
• Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to innovate within infrastructure environments.
• Have a solid understanding of security protocols and compliance standards relevant to IT infrastructure.
• Show capability in collaborating with diverse teams to achieve strategic infrastructure goals.
• Display expertise in documentation and process development for infrastructure systems.
• Bring experience in conducting training sessions and workshops related to ServiceNow technologies.
