Job Summary : Serve as a senior functional analyst within the integrated systems group applying deep expertise in Empower and CoreLIMS to streamline laboratory workflows ensure data integrity and optimize end to end quality operations. Collaborate with cross functional teams in a hybrid work model to translate complex business needs into robust system solutions that enhance compliance efficiency and scientific outcomes across global labs. 3. Responsibilities : -Drive detailed functional analysis of laboratory processes to design Empower and CoreLIMS solutions that improve data reliability and operational efficiency across regulated environments. -Translate complex business requirements into clear and testable functional specifications for Empower and CoreLIMS configurations enabling consistent and compliant laboratory data management. -Coordinate with business stakeholders and technical teams to validate system requirements ensuring that Empower and CoreLIMS capabilities align with quality regulatory and productivity goals. -Guide end to end solution design for Empower chromatographic workflows and CoreLIMS sample lifecycle management fostering standardized practices that support global quality strategies. -Oversee configuration enhancement and optimization of Empower and CoreLIMS modules focusing on usability improvements that help laboratory personnel perform tasks accurately and safely. -Conduct impact analysis for proposed changes in Empower and CoreLIMS assessing downstream effects on data integrity reporting and audit readiness to safeguard regulatory compliance. -Develop comprehensive functional test cases and coordinate user acceptance testing cycles ensuring that Empower and CoreLIMS solutions function reliably within day shift operations. -Provide expert functional support for incident resolution and change requests for Empower and CoreLIMS minimizing system downtime and preserving continuity of critical laboratory activities. -Collaborate with validation teams to support documentation testing evidence and traceability for Empower and CoreLIMS changes contributing to strong inspection readiness and quality assurance. -Create clear user guidance and functional documentation for Empower and CoreLIMS workflows enabling laboratory staff to adopt new capabilities with confidence and reduced training effort. -Engage with data and quality stakeholders to identify opportunities where Empower and CoreLIMS can enable advanced analytics and continuous improvement in scientific and manufacturing outcomes. -Monitor system usage patterns and feedback to propose functional enhancements in Empower and CoreLIMS that support the company mission of delivering high quality products that positively impact society. -Support hybrid work collaboration by using digital tools to maintain transparent communication on Empower and CoreLIMS initiatives ensuring consistent progress without travel requirements. -Qualifications -Bring eight to ten years of hands on functional experience with laboratory informatics including deep practical exposure to Empower and CoreLIMS within complex business environments. -Demonstrate strong skill in gathering analyzing and documenting requirements from diverse stakeholder groups transforming them into precise functional designs for laboratory systems. -Apply solid understanding of GxP and data integrity principles to Empower and CoreLIMS configurations ensuring that system behavior supports compliant and traceable laboratory operations. -Exhibit proficiency in writing functional test scripts coordinating testing efforts and interpreting test results to drive quality improvements in Empower and CoreLIMS implementations. -Show capability to work in a hybrid model using collaboration platforms maintaining clear communication with global teams while supporting day shift activities and remote coordination. -Utilize advanced problem solving skills to diagnose functional issues in Empower and CoreLIMS propose pragmatic solutions and communicate outcomes in an accessible manner to non technical partners. -Display familiarity with adjacent laboratory systems and integration concepts enabling effective contribution to end to end solution designs that connect Empower and CoreLIMS with broader digital ecosystems. 9.
