Strong executive-level communication skills.
Strong operational diligence for asset testing quality control and global catalog management.
Responsibilities
- Technical Proficiency: Strong command of Google Sheets/Excel (advanced formulas) for complex reporting.
- Time Zone Alignment: Ability to work consistently within EMEA business hours to support regional stakeholders.
- Analytical Thinking: Ability to investigate discrepancies across multiple systems and perform root-cause analysis on billing or consumption trends.
- Effective Communication: Professional verbal and written communication skills for daily interaction with senior account leads and external customer representatives.
- Self-Organization: Proven ability to manage a high volume of ad-hoc requests alongside routine operations using tools like personal trackers and structured inbox management.
