Responsibilities : -Design and configure Kinaxis supply planning solutions that optimize material flows production plans and fulfillment strategies to improve on time delivery and inventory utilization across global operations. -Develop and enhance Kinaxis demand planning workflows that improve forecast accuracy enable rapid scenario evaluation and support data driven decisions for changing market conditions. -Build and maintain Kinaxis inventory planning and optimization models that balance service levels working capital and risk exposure while enabling planners to respond quickly to demand and supply variability. -Implement Kinaxis sales and operations planning capabilities that align demand supply and financial targets while supporting cross functional collaboration and timely consensus planning cycles. -Create and refine Kinaxis data integration configurations that ensure planning data is consistent reliable and available in near real time for business users in rotational shift coverage environments. -Configure user friendly Kinaxis workspaces dashboards and alerts that present actionable insights highlight exceptions and guide planners toward high impact interventions that support business performance. -Analyze existing Kinaxis processes and rules to identify improvement opportunities then implement targeted changes that reduce planning cycle times and enhance responsiveness without increasing process complexity. -Collaborate with planning operations and finance teams to translate business needs into Kinaxis functional designs that are scalable robust and aligned with enterprise supply chain strategy. -Provide ongoing support troubleshooting and root cause analysis for Kinaxis applications to maintain stable operations with minimal disruption to planning activities across rotational shifts. -Document Kinaxis configurations planning processes and solution designs in a clear and structured manner to support knowledge transfer audit readiness and long term maintainability of the platform. -Conduct testing and validation of Kinaxis enhancements and new configurations to ensure data accuracy performance efficiency and compliance with defined quality standards prior to deployment. -Partner with stakeholders to define meaningful planning metrics and then implement Kinaxis based reporting that tracks these metrics enabling continuous improvement in service levels and operational efficiency. -Participate in hybrid work model ceremonies and collaborative sessions using digital tools to ensure transparent communication alignment on priorities and timely resolution of planning related issues. -Qualifications -Demonstrate solid practical experience in Kinaxis fundamentals with proven ability to design and configure core planning components that support end to end supply chain processes. -Apply hands on expertise in Kinaxis supply planning to create effective supply plans capacity strategies and allocation rules that improve fulfillment reliability and resource utilization. -Use strong Kinaxis demand planning knowledge to design forecasting processes demand hierarchies and exception based alerts that help planners focus on the most critical demand signals. -Leverage Kinaxis inventory planning and optimization capabilities to configure policies parameters and analytical views that drive balanced decisions on stock levels and replenishment strategies. -Employ Kinaxis sales and operations planning experience to support the setup of consensus planning cycles scenario analysis and decision support views that connect operational plans with business objectives. -Draw on three to six years of Kinaxis platform experience to troubleshoot configuration issues propose well reasoned design alternatives and ensure that implemented solutions are both stable and adaptable. -Use strong communication and collaboration skills in a hybrid and rotational shift context to engage effectively with global stakeholders gather requirements and explain Kinaxis solutions in clear business terms. 9.
