Technology Specialist

Job Summary

Serve as a technology specialist focusing on Salesforce Lightning Web Component solutions for global supply chain and operations initiatives applying deep technical expertise and program management discipline to design build and optimize scalable hybrid work model applications that streamline processes enhance data visibility and deliver measurable business outcomes in a collaborative enterprise environment.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable Lightning Web Component solutions that enhance supply chain and operations processes by delivering intuitive user interfaces and efficient workflows aligned with business goals
• Develop robust Lightning Web Component code using best practices in modular architecture performance optimization and maintainability to support complex enterprise requirements
• Configure and customize Salesforce platform features to integrate Lightning Web Component solutions with core business processes and data models in a seamless manner
• Collaborate with product owners and operations stakeholders to translate functional requirements into detailed technical designs that support measurable improvements in productivity
• Coordinate end to end implementation activities for Lightning Web Component features including build unit testing system integration testing and deployment within a hybrid work environment
• Perform detailed performance analysis and optimization of existing Lightning Web Component implementations to improve response times scalability and user satisfaction
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation including solution design descriptions configuration details and component level specifications for ongoing support
• Provide mentoring and guidance to junior technologists by reviewing code suggesting improvements and promoting high standards for quality and compliance in Salesforce development
• Manage defect resolution and enhancement requests by analyzing root causes proposing targeted fixes and prioritizing work to maintain stable and reliable applications
• Coordinate with integration and data teams to ensure that Lightning Web Component solutions consume and expose data in a secure consistent and reusable manner across supply chain systems
• Support program management activities by estimating effort tracking progress and reporting status for Lightning Web Component related deliverables within broader transformation initiatives
• Engage with business teams to gather feedback on deployed solutions and identify opportunities for incremental enhancements that advance operational efficiency and customer value
• Contribute to organizational technology strategy by recommending innovative uses of Lightning Web Component capabilities that strengthen digital supply chain and operations resilience

Qualifications

• Demonstrate strong proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Component development including component design configuration and deployment backed by eight to ten years of relevant technology experience
• Apply practical knowledge of supply chain and operations concepts such as inventory visibility order management and process optimization to shape effective technology solutions
• Utilize program management skills to organize requirements manage timelines and coordinate cross functional activities that support successful delivery of Salesforce initiatives
• Communicate clearly with technical and nontechnical stakeholders to explain solution options articulate tradeoffs and support informed decision making in project settings
• Employ solid understanding of hybrid work practices by using collaboration tools remote coordination techniques and structured communication methods to maintain team alignment
• Demonstrate familiarity with broader Salesforce ecosystem capabilities including data security automation and integration patterns to design comprehensive solutions around Lightning Web Component applications
• Apply analytical and problem solving abilities to troubleshoot complex technical issues interpret logs and metrics and define corrective actions that maintain platform stability
• Exhibit strong documentation and knowledge sharing habits by creating narrative design descriptions user guidance content and support references for implemented features
