Job Summary

This hybrid role seeks a senior technology architect with extensive Salesforce experience to design secure scalable solutions across identity management service cloud experience cloud and lightning components. The architect will translate business requirements into robust architectures that enhance user experience support IT business processes and ensure reliable integration across enterprise systems while maintaining strong security and governance.

Responsibilities

  • Design end to end Salesforce architectures that align with enterprise standards while optimizing performance scalability security and maintainability across service cloud experience cloud and lightning implementations.
  • Define and document robust SFDC identity and security models that ensure compliant authentication authorization data protection and secure access for internal and external users across hybrid work environments.
  • Architect Salesforce experience cloud solutions that provide intuitive and inclusive user journeys improving user experience for customers partners and employees while supporting strategic business objectives.
  • Plan and oversee complex SFDC integration patterns using industry best practices to connect Salesforce with critical enterprise applications ensuring reliable data flow and high system availability.
  • Configure SFDC service cloud capabilities including case management service processes knowledge management and omnichannel routing to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Design and guide implementation of SFDC lightning applications and components that simplify user workflows enhance productivity and provide responsive user interfaces across devices.
  • Establish and maintain SFDC configuration standards including object models automation rules page layouts and record types that support IT business support teams and reduce maintenance overhead.
  • Collaborate with IT business support stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical designs ensuring that solutions are feasible sustainable and aligned to long term strategic goals.
  • Review and validate solution designs from implementation teams providing guidance on best practices for SFDC identity security integration and configuration to minimize risk and technical debt.
  • Perform architecture assessments of existing Salesforce landscapes identifying gaps risks and improvement opportunities that enhance system reliability user experience and alignment with company purpose.
  • Provide technical oversight during build test and deployment phases ensuring that hybrid work model constraints day shift operations and compliance requirements are properly addressed in solution delivery.
  • Develop governance guidelines and reusable architecture patterns for Salesforce platforms that promote consistent implementations support IT business processes and enable faster delivery of future initiatives.
  • Document architecture decisions and solution blueprints in a clear and comprehensive manner so that cross functional teams can support and evolve the Salesforce ecosystem effectively over time.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrate extensive hands on experience in SFDC identity and security including single sign on role and profile design and data sharing models to support complex enterprise environments.
  • Possess strong proficiency in Salesforce experience cloud with a track record of designing user centric portals and communities that improve engagement and streamline digital interactions.
  • Show advanced skills in SFDC integration leveraging APIs middleware and integration patterns to enable dependable connectivity between Salesforce and multiple enterprise platforms.
  • Bring deep expertise in SFDC service cloud configuration including setup of service processes case lifecycle automation and reporting to support modern customer service operations.
  • Exhibit proven capability in SFDC lightning development and configuration creating efficient page experiences dynamic components and intuitive workflows that elevate user productivity.
  • Hold solid experience in SFDC configuration across objects automation tools and security controls ensuring stable maintainable implementations that can adapt to evolving business needs.
  • Apply domain knowledge in user experience to design solutions that are accessible easy to navigate and tailored to the needs of diverse user groups using data driven design decisions.
