Responsibilities
- Drive consulting engagements that apply agile ways of working to transform client delivery models and improve time to value while aligning outcomes to strategic business objectives in a hybrid work setting.
- Lead end to end requirement discovery sessions with business stakeholders to elicit refine and document business needs using structured business analysis practices that ensure traceability and clarity.
- Translate high level business goals into well defined epics user stories and acceptance criteria using Jira so that development and testing teams can execute with minimal ambiguity and strong shared understanding.
- Coordinate agile ceremonies including planning refinement review and retrospective sessions to strengthen team collaboration manage scope and improve delivery predictability in day shift operations.
- Develop and maintain process flows use case descriptions and impact assessments that clearly describe current state and target state business processes enabling informed decision making by client stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with product owners scrum masters architects and delivery teams to prioritize backlogs manage dependencies and resolve impediments that could delay key milestones or reduce value delivered.
- Analyze data and metrics captured in Jira and related reporting tools to create insights on velocity throughput and defect trends helping clients adopt continuous improvement practices across their portfolios.
- Prepare and present consulting reports options analysis and recommendations that highlight business value risks and implementation roadmaps tailored to the context of enterprise clients.
- Support change management efforts by crafting communication materials training content and stakeholder engagement plans that encourage adoption of new agile processes and tools.
- Ensure that all consulting deliverables adhere to organizational quality standards regulatory expectations and client contractual commitments without requiring travel to client sites.
- Collaborate with technology and operations teams in cards and payments when applicable to frame use cases around transaction processing risk management and customer experience improvements.
- Contribute to internal knowledge assets methods and playbooks that capture best practices in agile consulting Jira usage and business analysis to elevate the broader consulting practice and societal impact of digital services.
- Guide junior team members by sharing expertise in agile techniques requirement modeling and Jira configuration so that overall team effectiveness and client satisfaction steadily increase.
Qualifications
- Showcase strong experience in agile practices including iterative planning backlog refinement and empirical inspection and adaptation gained over at least six years in consulting or product delivery contexts.
- Demonstrate practical proficiency using Jira for backlog management workflow configuration reporting and stakeholder communication within complex multi team environments.
- Exhibit advanced competence in business analysis including requirement elicitation documentation modeling stakeholder analysis and benefits realization tracking for large scale initiatives.
- Display solid communication facilitation and negotiation skills that enable effective interaction with business partners technical teams and senior stakeholders in a hybrid work environment.
- Apply domain understanding in cards and payments such as transaction lifecycles authorization settlement and dispute handling where relevant to client engagements as a valuable differentiator.
- Utilize experience working in structured consulting or advisory roles to plan engagements manage expectations and deliver measurable business outcomes for enterprise clients.
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities tools and client contexts while maintaining a disciplined approach to documentation governance and quality assurance in day shift schedules.
