QA Manual Test Lead

We are looking for an experienced QA Analyst to strengthen software quality across our delivery teams through rigorous manual testing, functional validation, and defect tracking. This role suits a QA professional who thrives in Agile environments, communicates clearly across cross-functional teams, and brings a business-process perspective (ERP/SAP exposure a plus) to how they approach testing scope and risk

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate effectively in English with distributed teams and international stakeholders.
  • Design, execute, and maintain manual test cases covering functional, regression, and end-to-end scenarios across web and enterprise applications.
  • Identify, document, and track defects through their full lifecycle, working closely with developers and product owners to verify fixes and prevent regressions.
  • Participate actively in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, refinement, retrospectives) and collaborate with cross-functional teams to clarify requirements and acceptance criteria.
  • Validate data integrity and business logic using SQL queries against application databases.
  • Support functional testing of business/ERP processes, leveraging familiarity with modules such as SAP MM-SD (procurement and sales/distribution flows).
  • Produce clear, structured test documentation, functional design notes, and status reports for stakeholders.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, test coverage, and defect-prevention practices within the team.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a QA Analyst performing manual and functional testing.

  • Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and experience working within cross-functional delivery teams.

  • Working proficiency in SQL for data validation and troubleshooting.

  • Exposure to ERP systems (SAP MM-SD or similar) and business-process-oriented testing is a strong plus.

  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

  • Detail-oriented mindset with strong defect-tracking and reporting discipline.

  • Background or coursework in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is a plus.
