About the role
As a Senior Salesforce Test Program Manager, you will make an impact by leading program-level testing and quality assurance across multiple Salesforce tracks, applications, and integrated platforms. You will be a valued member of the Quality Engineering team and collaborate with Test Leads, delivery teams, business stakeholders, and program leadership to establish consistent testing practices, manage quality risks, and ensure release readiness.
In this role, you will
Lead end-to-end testing across multiple Salesforce tracks, applications, integrations, and Test Leads, ensuring alignment with program objectives and release timelines.
Establish and manage the program-level test strategy, governance model, operating cadence, quality standards, and standardized testing processes.
Drive System Integration Testing, end-to-end testing, regression testing, User Acceptance Testing, defect management, and overall release-readiness activities.
Manage cross-track testing dependencies, risks, issues, and critical-path activities while coordinating resolution across business, development, and testing teams.
Provide consolidated program-level quality reporting covering test execution, defect trends, risks, RAG status, key quality metrics, and release-readiness recommendations.

What you need to have to be considered
15+ years of extensive experience leading enterprise-level Salesforce testing across multiple workstreams, applications, integrations, or releases.
Strong experience establishing test strategies, governance frameworks, operating cadences, quality standards, and program-level testing processes.
Demonstrated ability to lead multiple Test Leads and coordinate System Integration Testing, end-to-end testing, regression testing, User Acceptance Testing, and release-readiness activities.
Experience with Salesforce test automation tools, test-management platforms, test metrics, defect governance, and consolidated quality reporting.
Strong program-management capabilities, including cross-track dependency management, risk and issue management, stakeholder communication, and critical-path testing coordination.
These will help you stand out
Experience delivering testing programs in Agile environments.
Knowledge of healthcare business processes, applications, or regulatory environments.
Experience with Test Data Management processes, tools, and testing-data strategies.
Experience supporting complex Salesforce implementations involving multiple applications, integrations, and business teams.
Ability to communicate quality risks, defect trends, and release-readiness recommendations to senior leadership and business stakeholders.

Salary and Other Compensation
The annual salary for this position is between $95,850 to $152,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
