About the role
As a Lead Data Engineer, you will make an impact by designing, developing, and implementing enterprise data integration solutions that enable seamless data exchange across internal and external platforms. You will work closely with Solution Architects and cross-functional teams to build scalable, high-performing, and flexible ETL frameworks while ensuring data quality, reliability, and compliance within Asset & Wealth Management environments.
In this role, you will
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise data integration and ETL solutions using Oracle technologies and ODI.
- Analyze, extract, transform, and load data from multiple source systems into target platforms and external entities.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects to define ETL design patterns, data flows, and integration architecture.
- Optimize data pipelines, database performance, and ETL processes to ensure scalability and reliability.
- Provide technical leadership, code reviews, troubleshooting, and support for data integration initiatives.
Work Model
Hybrid - São Paulo (Morumbi)
This role follows a hybrid work model, requiring associates to work from our São Paulo (Morumbi) office on designated days while maintaining the flexibility to work remotely as aligned with business, client, and team collaboration needs.
What you need to have to be considered
- Strong experience in Data Engineering, Data Integration, or related technical roles.
- Hands-on expertise with ETL development and enterprise data integration solutions.
- Strong experience with Oracle Database and PL/SQL.
- Experience working with Oracle Data Integrator (ODI).
- Strong understanding of Data Warehousing concepts, methodologies, and best practices.
- Experience designing scalable, high-performance, and flexible data integration solutions.
- Knowledge of data modeling, data quality, and data governance principles.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience within Asset & Wealth Management environments.

- Experience leading technical teams and mentoring engineers.
- Exposure to cloud-based data integration and modern data platforms.
- Knowledge of enterprise architecture and integration frameworks.
- Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies.
- Experience supporting large-scale financial services transformation programs.
