Position Summary:
Advanced Audio Visual (AV) & Unified Communications (UC)
•Extensive experience supporting enterprise AV, UC, and collaboration technologies in large multinational environments.
•Expertise with Microsoft Teams Rooms, Cisco Webex Room devices, Zoom Rooms, Surface Hub, Lenovo Think Smart, Neat, Poly Studio, and other modern meeting platforms.
•Strong knowledge of SIP, H.323, VoIP, WebRTC, hybrid meeting solutions, and AV integration with Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Azure AD, and Teams Admin Center.
•Design, deployment, and optimization of meeting spaces ranging from huddle rooms to executive briefing centers and auditoriums.
Executive & Critical Event Support
•Deliver white-glove AV support for executive leadership meetings, board reviews, customer presentations, regulatory discussions, and global town halls.
•Lead AV operations for onsite, remote, and hybrid events across multiple locations.
•Perform technical validation, risk assessment, contingency planning, and command-center coordination.
•Support live streaming, webcasts, recordings, telepresence sessions, and rapid incident resolution with minimal business impact.
AV Infrastructure & Engineering
•Configure, deploy, and maintain enterprise AV infrastructure including DSPs, codecs, control systems, matrix switchers, audio processors, and digital signage.
•Hands-on experience with Crestron, Extron, Q-SYS, Biamp, Shure, Sennheiser, Logitech, and related solutions.
•Perform rack installations, structured cabling validation, endpoint integration, and lifecycle management.
•Troubleshoot hardware, software, firmware, and network-related AV issues; conduct RCA and problem management for recurring incidents.
•Audio, Video & Collaboration Technologies
•Configure and optimize audio DSPs, echo cancellation, microphone tuning, beamforming systems, and wireless audio solutions.
•Troubleshoot latency, jitter, packet loss, interference, and audio quality issues.
•Support LED walls, projection systems, digital signage, interactive displays, and large-format displays.
•Manage video routing, presentation systems, camera tracking, content sharing, and AI-enabled meeting experiences.
•Resolve resolution, EDID, HDCP, synchronization, and signal-distribution issues.
Networking & Security
•Strong understanding of TCP/IP, VLANs, QoS, multicast, DNS, DHCP, and enterprise network troubleshooting.
•Collaborate with network and security teams to ensure AV infrastructure complies with corporate security standards.
•Conduct network analysis, firmware management, vulnerability remediation, and AV device security compliance activities.
Monitoring, Automation & Analytics
•Manage enterprise monitoring platforms such as Cisco Control Hub, Teams Rooms Pro Management, Crestron XiO Cloud, and Logitech Sync.
•Configure proactive monitoring, alerting, reporting, dashboards, and room utilization analytics.
•Analyze AV performance metrics and drive continual service improvements.
•Leverage PowerShell, APIs, and automation tools to improve operational efficiency.
Service Excellence & ITSM
•Conduct preventive maintenance, room certification, technology refresh planning, and lifecycle assessments.
•Maintain room readiness and high availability across collaboration environments.
•Develop SOPs, operational runbooks, knowledge articles, and troubleshooting documentation.
•Manage AV assets within CMDB and asset management systems.
•Handle incidents, requests, changes, problems, and knowledge management activities through ServiceNow.
•Support CAB reviews, governance initiatives, ITIL best practices, compliance, and audit requirements.
Vendor & Stakeholder Management
•Act as the technical liaison among AV vendors, system integrators, facilities teams, and business stakeholders.
•Manage vendor performance, maintenance contracts, escalations, and service reviews.
•Review technical designs, SOWs, implementation plans, and project deliverables.
•Support global AV deployments, office moves, technology refreshes, and infrastructure upgrade programs.
Mandatory Skills:
o2 to 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise Audio Visual (AV) and Unified Communications (UC) environments.
oHands-on experience with Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR), Cisco Webex Room Devices, and Zoom Rooms.
oStrong knowledge of SIP, H.323, VoIP, WebRTC, Microsoft Teams, Cisco Webex, and hybrid meeting technologies.
oExperience supporting executive conference rooms, boardrooms, and high-profile business meetings.
oExpertise in AV troubleshooting covering audio, video, conferencing, codecs, firmware, and endpoint devices.
oHands-on experience with AV platforms such as Crestron, Extron, Q-SYS, Biamp, Shure, Sennheiser, Logitech, or equivalent technologies.
oKnowledge of enterprise networking concepts including TCP/IP, VLANs, QoS, DNS, DHCP, and network troubleshooting.
oExperience with conference room AV deployment, integration, maintenance, and lifecycle management.
oAbility to analyze and resolve complex AV incidents, conduct RCA, and implement corrective actions.
oExperience supporting live events, executive meetings, webinars, webcasts, and hybrid collaboration sessions.
oHands-on experience with AV monitoring and management platforms such as Cisco Control Hub, Teams Rooms Pro Management, Crestron XiO Cloud, or Logitech Sync.
oExperience working with ServiceNow, including Incident, Request, Change, and Problem Management processes.
oStrong understanding of ITIL-based service delivery and operational governance.
oExcellent verbal and written communication skills with stakeholder and vendor management experience.
oAbility to provide onsite support during critical meetings and business events, including after-hours support when required
Duties and Responsibilities:

•Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement service improvements.
•Manage incidents, requests, changes, and problem records through ServiceNow following ITIL practices.
•Collaborate with network, security, facilities, vendors, and business stakeholders.
•Maintain AV documentation, SOPs, knowledge articles, and asset records.
•Support AV deployments, room upgrades, office relocations, and global technology refresh projects.
Salary Range: $80,000 to $90,000
