SCADA Specialist – ADMS Series 6

About the Role
As a SCADA Specialist, you will make an impact by configuring and supporting the SCADA capabilities that enable utility operators to monitor and control critical grid infrastructure. You will be a valued member of our Energy & Utilities Technology team and work collaboratively with utility stakeholders, ADMS engineers, control room personnel, and integration specialists to ensure reliable network visibility and operational performance.
This role supports major ADMS Series 6 implementation and modernization initiatives, giving you the opportunity to work with advanced utility technologies that help deliver safe, reliable, and efficient energy operations across Europe.
In this role, you will:
• Collaborate with utility stakeholders to translate operational requirements into SCADA solution configurations and enhancements.
• Configure and maintain SCADA displays, alarms, control logic, and visualization components within ADMS Series 6 environments.
• Support solution implementation, platform upgrades, and system enhancement activities.
• Create and maintain configuration baselines, technical documentation, and operational procedures.
• Develop and execute FAT/SAT test plans and support validation and user acceptance activities.
• Perform root cause analysis on telemetry, communications, device integration, and performance-related issues.
• Provide advanced technical support to control room operators and field personnel.
• Partner with cybersecurity, networking, and infrastructure teams to ensure secure and compliant system operations.
• Work with OEM partners and engineering teams on defect investigations, enhancements, and continuous platform improvements.

What You Must Have to Be Considered
• 3+ years of experience working with SCADA, ADMS, industrial control systems, operational technologies, or related environments.
• Experience configuring SCADA displays, alarms, telemetry, or operational monitoring systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis capabilities.
• Experience supporting system testing, production support, and technical issue resolution.
• Knowledge of operational technology environments and system integrations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with utility stakeholders, operators, and technical teams.
These Will Help You Stand Out
• Experience with PowerOn Fusion, PowerOn Advantage, SCADA, ADMS, or related utility technologies.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, qTest, and Confluence.
• Working knowledge of Windows and Linux environments.
• Experience with SQL and shell scripting.
• Understanding of utility operations, field communications, control systems, and network monitoring.
• Experience working within Agile delivery environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Background in utilities, energy management, smart grid technologies, or critical infrastructure environments.
