Responsibilities
- Design develop and maintain scalable and efficient microservices-based applications using Spring Boot and Java to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
- Implement and optimize database solutions using Cosmos DB and Mongo DB to ensure high performance and reliability.
- Utilize Dynatrace for application performance monitoring and troubleshooting ensuring system stability and optimal user experience.
- Deploy and manage applications on Azure leveraging cloud-native services to enhance scalability and resilience.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation including design specifications user guides and operational procedures.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning daily stand-ups and retrospectives to ensure effective team collaboration.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Identify and resolve technical challenges ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software solutions.
- Collaborate with QA teams to define test strategies and ensure comprehensive test coverage for all developed features.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends recommending innovative solutions to enhance system capabilities.
- Contribute to the companys mission by delivering impactful software solutions that drive business growth and improve societal outcomes.
Qualifications
- Possess strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot with a proven track record of developing robust and scalable applications.
- Demonstrate hands-on experience with microservices architecture ensuring seamless integration and high availability.
- Have in-depth knowledge of Azure cloud services including deployment monitoring and optimization.
- Showcase proficiency in working with NoSQL databases like Cosmos DB and Mongo DB ensuring efficient data management.
- Exhibit experience in using Dynatrace for application performance monitoring and troubleshooting.
- Display excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment.
- Bring a solid understanding of agile methodologies and experience collaborating in agile teams.
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest technologies and best practices.
- Have a bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field or equivalent practical experience.
