Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable and secure cloud-based solutions using Azure to meet business requirements and ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical specifications and architectural designs.
- Develop and deploy conversational AI solutions using Kore Agent Assist and Kore.AI to enhance customer interactions and automate workflows.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to development teams ensuring adherence to best practices and architectural standards.
- Conduct thorough assessments of existing systems and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency scalability and security.
- Oversee the integration of Azure services with Kore.AI platforms to create seamless and intelligent solutions.
- Ensure the architecture aligns with organizational goals and complies with industry standards and regulations.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of deployed solutions identifying areas for optimization and implementing necessary changes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery within defined timelines and budgets.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in Azure Kore Agent Assist and Kore.AI technologies to incorporate innovative solutions into projects.
- Document architectural designs technical specifications and implementation plans for reference and knowledge sharing.
- Provide mentorship and technical support to team members fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Work closely with quality assurance teams to ensure the reliability and functionality of deployed solutions.
Qualifications
- Demonstrate expertise in designing and implementing solutions using Azure including experience with cloud architecture and deployment.
