Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Architect with 15 to 17 years of experience to design and implement cutting-edge solutions using Azure Kore Agent Assist and Kore.AI. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and scalable solutions that align with business objectives. This role offers an opportunity to make a significant impact by leveraging advanced technologies to enhance customer experiences and drive organizational


Responsibilities

  • Design and implement scalable and secure cloud-based solutions using Azure to meet business requirements and ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical specifications and architectural designs.
  • Develop and deploy conversational AI solutions using Kore Agent Assist and Kore.AI to enhance customer interactions and automate workflows.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to development teams ensuring adherence to best practices and architectural standards.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of existing systems and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency scalability and security.
  • Oversee the integration of Azure services with Kore.AI platforms to create seamless and intelligent solutions.
  • Ensure the architecture aligns with organizational goals and complies with industry standards and regulations.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of deployed solutions identifying areas for optimization and implementing necessary changes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery within defined timelines and budgets.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in Azure Kore Agent Assist and Kore.AI technologies to incorporate innovative solutions into projects.
  • Document architectural designs technical specifications and implementation plans for reference and knowledge sharing.
  • Provide mentorship and technical support to team members fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Work closely with quality assurance teams to ensure the reliability and functionality of deployed solutions.


Qualifications

  • Demonstrate expertise in designing and implementing solutions using Azure including experience with cloud architecture and deployment.
  • Showcase proficiency in developing conversational AI solutions using Kore Agent Assist and Kore.AI platforms.
  • Exhibit strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex technical challenges and propose effective solutions.
  • Possess excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Display a solid understanding of security best practices and compliance requirements in cloud-based environments.
  • Highlight experience in integrating multiple systems and platforms to create cohesive and efficient solutions.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to staying updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation.
  • Showcase a proven track record of delivering successful projects within defined timelines and budgets.
  • Possess a strong foundation in software development methodologies and lifecycle management.
  • Exhibit the ability to document technical designs and implementation plans clearly and comprehensively.
  • Highlight experience in mentoring and guiding team members to achieve technical excellence.
  • Demonstrate a customer-centric approach to designing solutions that enhance user experiences.

Certifications Required

  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert Kore.AI Certified Developer
