Responsibilities
- Provide end-user technical support via phone, email, web chat, and ticketing systems
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Perform laptop repair, deployment, and troubleshooting activities
- Document customer interactions accurately and in a timely manner
- Communicate required repairs clearly and ensure user satisfaction
- Follow standard operating procedures and knowledge management practices
- Assist in triaging and escalating system or network outages
- Support teleconferencing systems and AV presentation equipment
- Adhere to assigned shift schedules, including weekends and holidays
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience
- Experience providing desktop and end-user technical support
- Strong troubleshooting skills across complex IT systems
- Experience with Windows 10, Office 365, Mac OS, and business applications
- Knowledge of Remote Desktop support, Active Directory, and network troubleshooting
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users
- Strong verbal communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- ITIL Foundation certification
- Microsoft MCSE or MCITP (Active Directory) certification
- AS400 working knowledge is an advantage
