Job Summary
The GM-IOA Delivery role focuses on overseeing the Finance-Record to Report (GL) processes within a hybrid work model. With a strong emphasis on Record to Report-Accounting the candidate will ensure seamless financial operations and reporting. This position requires 12 to 16 years of experience offering a unique opportunity to contribute to the companys financial integrity and strategic goals.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end Finance-Record to Report (GL) processes to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline accounting operations and improve efficiency.
- Implement best practices in Record to Report-Accounting to enhance the accuracy of financial data.
- Analyze financial statements and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies in all financial activities.
- Develop and maintain robust financial controls to safeguard company assets.
- Provide guidance and support to the accounting team to foster professional growth and development.
- Utilize advanced financial software to automate and optimize reporting processes.
- Monitor key performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of financial operations.
- Lead initiatives to improve the quality and reliability of financial data.
- Coordinate with external auditors to facilitate smooth audit processes.
- Drive continuous improvement in financial processes to align with industry standards.
- Support the development of financial strategies that align with the companys objectives.
Qualifications
- Possess extensive experience in Finance-Record to Report (GL) processes ensuring a deep understanding of financial operations.
- Demonstrate expertise in Record to Report-Accounting showcasing the ability to manage complex accounting tasks.
- Exhibit proficiency in using financial software and tools to enhance reporting accuracy.
- Have a strong track record of implementing financial controls and ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Show capability in analyzing financial data and providing actionable insights for decision-making.
- Display excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Certifications Required
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Accountant (CA) preferred.
