Job Summary

The GM-IOA Delivery role focuses on overseeing the Finance-Record to Report (GL) processes within a hybrid work model. With a strong emphasis on Record to Report-Accounting the candidate will ensure seamless financial operations and reporting. This position requires 12 to 16 years of experience offering a unique opportunity to contribute to the companys financial integrity and strategic goals.


Responsibilities

  • Oversee the end-to-end Finance-Record to Report (GL) processes to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline accounting operations and improve efficiency.
  • Implement best practices in Record to Report-Accounting to enhance the accuracy of financial data.
  • Analyze financial statements and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies in all financial activities.
  • Develop and maintain robust financial controls to safeguard company assets.
  • Provide guidance and support to the accounting team to foster professional growth and development.
  • Utilize advanced financial software to automate and optimize reporting processes.
  • Monitor key performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of financial operations.
  • Lead initiatives to improve the quality and reliability of financial data.
  • Coordinate with external auditors to facilitate smooth audit processes.
  • Drive continuous improvement in financial processes to align with industry standards.
  • Support the development of financial strategies that align with the companys objectives.

  • Qualifications

  • Possess extensive experience in Finance-Record to Report (GL) processes ensuring a deep understanding of financial operations.
  • Demonstrate expertise in Record to Report-Accounting showcasing the ability to manage complex accounting tasks.
  • Exhibit proficiency in using financial software and tools to enhance reporting accuracy.
  • Have a strong track record of implementing financial controls and ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Show capability in analyzing financial data and providing actionable insights for decision-making.
  • Display excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

  • Certifications Required

    Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Accountant (CA) preferred.
