Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Software Engineer with 5 to 8 years of experience in React JS and Node JS to join our dynamic team. The role involves developing and maintaining scalable web applications in a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills excellent communication abilities and a passion for delivering high-quality software solutions.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain scalable and efficient web applications using React JS and Node JS.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for new features and enhancements.
  • Write clean maintainable and well-documented code to ensure long-term maintainability of the software.
  • Debug and resolve technical issues in a timely manner to ensure smooth application performance.
  • Optimize application performance by implementing best practices and modern development techniques.
  • Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and promote knowledge sharing within the team.
  • Participate in agile development processes including sprint planning daily stand-ups and retrospectives.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in React JS Node JS and related technologies.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members to foster their professional growth.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers to ensure seamless integration of user interfaces with backend services.
  • Ensure the security and scalability of applications by implementing robust design principles.
  • Test applications thoroughly to identify and fix bugs ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns.


Qualifications

  • Demonstrate strong expertise in React JS and Node JS with a proven track record of building scalable applications.
  • Possess excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Exhibit proficiency in writing clean and maintainable code following industry best practices.
  • Show experience in working within agile development environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Have a solid understanding of RESTful APIs and their integration with frontend applications.
  • Display strong communication skills in English both written and verbal to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders.
  • Showcase knowledge of modern development tools and frameworks to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Demonstrate a proactive approach to learning and staying updated with emerging technologies.
  • Possess a strong commitment to delivering high-quality software solutions that meet business objectives.
  • Exhibit the ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively in a hybrid work model.
  • Show experience in conducting code reviews and providing constructive feedback to peers.
  • Demonstrate a focus on delivering user-centric solutions that align with the companys goals.
