As a Subject Matter Expert (SME), you will make an impact by acting as the project's primary technical and strategic advisor, enabling best-in-class digital advertising solutions and driving solid results for the client. You will be a valuable member of the consulting team and work collaboratively with project leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
This role is fundamental to raising the team's strategic maturity through deep platform knowledge, advanced consulting guidance, and mentoring.
In this role, you will:
Act as an in-house consulting specialist, deeply analyzing clients' business objectives and creating advanced advertising strategies across Search, Display, Video, Apps, Shopping, and Performance Max.
Be the primary point of contact (POC) for complex technical topics, platform updates, policy changes, and emerging best practices, ensuring the team has accurate and up-to-date knowledge.
Provide expert guidance, training, and mentoring to marketing assistants, complex client scenarios, and strategic account planning.
Align strategies and execution of feature launches and promotional initiatives to maximize client value.
Conduct strategic quality calibrations, client consultation simulations, and reviews to ensure consistent, high-quality consulting across the team.
Present strategy reviews, technical insights, and performance drivers to leadership, proposing data-driven action plans.
Develop and maintain advanced technical documentation, manuals, case studies, summaries, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to consulting best practices.

What do you need to be considered?
In-depth, hands-on experience across the entire Google Ads ecosystem, including Search, Display, Video, Apps, Shopping, and Performance Max, with a solid understanding of optimization and measurement.
Experience in account management or consulting in digital marketing or Google Ads.
Proven ability to understand complex client needs and architect advanced advertising solutions.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to use performance data, metrics, and spreadsheets to identify opportunities and solve problems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex technical and strategic concepts.
Advanced English proficiency (C1/C2 or equivalent).
