About the role
The Oracle ERP Cloud Techno-Functional Consultant will support Oracle Fusion Financials modules, focusing on implementation, configuration, testing, deployment, and hyper-care support. The role involves troubleshooting issues, delivering enhancements, and ensuring seamless integration between business processes and Oracle applications. You will collaborate with business users and technical teams to optimize financial and procurement operations.
In this role you will
- Provide functional and technical support across Oracle Cloud Financials modules (GL, AP, AR, Assets, etc.)
- Troubleshoot incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive solutions
- Manage system configurations, FBDI data loads, OTBI/BIP reports, and quarterly release testing
- Support financial period close activities and governance processes
- Implement enhancements and ensure seamless integration with business workflows
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver optimized and scalable solutions
- Identify automation opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce total cost of ownership
- Support implementation activities including design, configuration, and deployment
Work Model: Remote with Milestone travel to Atlanta, GA
What you need to have to be considered
- 8–10+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud ERP Financials implementation and support
- Strong functional expertise in GL, AP, AR, and Fixed Assets modules
- Hands-on technical experience with OTBI, BI Publisher, FBDI, REST/SOAP APIs, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
- Experience with Oracle SaaS quarterly releases and regression testing
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
These will help you stand out
- Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials certifications (GL, AP, AR, Assets, Procurement)
- Experience integrating Oracle Fusion Cloud with third-party systems
- Advanced reporting expertise using OTBI and BI Publisher
- Proven experience in process optimization and digital transformation initiatives
- Exposure to ITIL practices or frameworks

Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $83,250 - $112,500, depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
