• 12+ years of SAP implementation experience, with at least 5 years in a dedicated Cutover Manager or Cutover Lead role.
• Proven experience managing cutover for SAP S/4 HANA (Greenfield, Brownfield, or Selective Data Transition) programmes.
• Demonstrated track record of successful go-Lives
• Understanding of pharma-specific SAP modules: MM, PP, QM, SD, EWM, and/or Serialisation/Track & Trace.
• Knowledge of SAP data migration tools (LTMC, LSMW, BODS, or MDG).
• Strong knowledge of GxP, CSV, and regulatory compliance requirements in pharma IT environments.
• Experience managing cutover in multi-country, multi-site rollout programmes with significant organisational complexity.
• Proficiency with cutover and project management tools (SAP Solution Manager, JIRA, MS Project, ServiceNow).
